Ok so it has been hot and cold and freezing and the 40 degrees warmer over nigh and on one cold day I made this Potato Soup from Food.com. It is absolutely fabulous so I thought I would post the recipe here. Check it out in Meals for Two. The little guy is not very gun-ho about it but husband loves it served with shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
